L'hôtel est très bien situé, il est propre et les employés sont très aimables et serviables. Le petit déjeuner est varié et le service est bien... cependant, on a eu très froid dans la chambre, l'hôtel est très mal chauffé et très mal isolé aussi, sans compter que la gérante est désagréable et ne fait aucun effort avec le client, elle parle qu'italien seulement (le minimum pour une propriétaire d'un hôtel c'est au moins un sourire et de donner une bonne image de son hôtel) et quand on se plaint elle nous rappelle que nous devrions pas nous plaindre vu le prix !!! heureusement que son équipe d'entretien est très agréable et sympa...

Assolutamente da evitare!! Cortesia 0 pulizia e riassetto camera giornaliero meno di zero! Camera piccolissima sporca e impreganata di puzza di fumo!! Personale poliglotta?nemmeno capace di parlare l italiano e di dare informazioni veritiere! Da 15 anni che lavoro come direttore d hotel e una vita che viaggio... ma mai situazione così irreale! Colazione compresa??mi è stato detto di no anzi mi è stato fatto capire di no perché appena ho chiesto l orario mi è stato sbattuto un foglio in faccia! Pur avendo pagato pernottamento e prima colazione un miserio caffè ci è stato Negato!! Il bar di fronte è l unica nota positiva!! Documenti trattenuti in fase di check in nemmeno negli anni 80! Il personale non ti guarda in faccia nemmeno fosse l Hilton!! Meglio evitare!!

Abbiamo prenotato una matrimoniale con la colazione. Il personale molto maleducato ci ha riso in faccia negandoci la colazione pur facendogli vedere che era inclusa nel soggiorno. Dopo verie telefonate a hotels.com ci è stata concessa la colazione, ma ormai era già quasi finito il soggiorno. Il parcheggio è in strada ed impossibile da trovare. Seconda prenotazione con hotels.com e seconda volta che ho problemi con le strutture prenotate.

일단 나는 무료주차 매력 때문에 갔으나 그냥 길거리 내 능력껏 셀프주차 였음. 리셉션은 2층에 위치 . 큰 캐리어 가지고 있다면 힘좀 써야함. 객실은 깨끗한 편. 조식은 자잘하게 여러가지 나옴 먹을만 함. 근처 지하철역 a선 로레또역이 도보로 15분거리 위치. 두오모역 까지 5정거장. 그리고 근처 5분거리안에 다양한 식당이 존재. 그리고 까루프 익스프레스 마켓이 있다. 이상. 3인 가족이하만 추천..4인이면 좀...?

Ho soggiornato una notte in hotel per sostenere il giorno successivo un test d'ammissione all'università, infatti ra molto vicino al polo scientifico. Le stanze corrispondono alle descrizioni offerte sul sito, sono pulite e confortevoli. Unica pecca: nel sito si parlava di parcheggio gratuito ma in realtà l'albergo non possedeva un garage, ci hanno detto semplicemente di parcheggiare 'dove trovavamo posto'. A parte questo, è ottimo per chi cerca una sistemazione temporanea economica

j'ai fait ma réservation pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants (10 et 13ans) par téléphone pensant que cela éviterait les surprises. Lorsque la personne au bout du fil m'a dit qu'on aurait une chambre triple,je me suis dit qu'un lit d'appoint sera mis dans la chambre, cela nous ait déjà arriver.A notre arrivée à l'hôtel, la personne à l'accueil est surprise de nous voir arriver à 4 dont 2 grands enfants. Elle nous a expliquer qu'on ne pouvait pas être 4 , qu'il fallait appeler "hôtel.com" et voir avec eux pour trouver un autre hôtel. Nous avons refuser de le faire, cette erreur ne venant pas de nous.nous avons donc demandé d'avoir la clef de la chambre et nous avons donc dormi tant bien que mal 2 nuits, à 3 dans un lit 2 places. pendant toute ses discussions, nous avons pu admirer la "salle du petit déjeuner", 2 petites tables bistrot, une table avec un distributeur de jus de fruits (en fait du jus d'orange en poudre diluer à l'eau), un distributeur de boissons chaudes servis dans des verres en plastique ; et un meuble pour le presque buffet, puisqu'il n'y avait que des biscottes en sachet, et du pain de mie.La chambre était potable.Chambre pour 3 personnes mais avec seulement 1 serviette de bain, et non changée, puisque nous avons retrouvé la chambre telle que nous l'avions laissé, pas de ménage prévu apparemment.le parking gratuit est en fait les places dans la rue, si vous en trouver une ! déception totale
