We enjoyed this modern hotel in the city center with all the modern amenities and furniture. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was convenient and generous. We also appreciated it’s location as it was walking distance to all of the attractions we wanted to visit in Petropolis. I would suggest to request a room in the upper floors or a room facing away from the street due to some noise from the traffic. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice hotel

Nice, modern, and comfortable hotel within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Spacious room with separate bedroom and kitchen. Breakfast served at time requested. Small indoor pool always a good option for the kids. Convenient valet parking on-site for about $5 US per day. Only downside was city noises (alarms, cars, etc.) outside window pretty much all night long. Next time I will try a room on higher floor facing away from the street.

A nossa experiência no Kastel foi incrível! Disparado um dos melhores hotéis que já nos hospedamos. Atendimento impecável de todos os funcionários, que são muito simpáticos e solícitos. Nossa família teve diversas demandas, que foram prontamente atendidas, como adiantamento do horário do café da manhã, possibilitando que pagássemos a estrada tranquilamente. A piscina aquecida é um show à parte, nos possibilitando um relaxamento após um dia cansativo de passeios. O café da manhã no quarto foi uma ótima experiência, itens rapidamente repostos, com a tranquilidade e uma refeição em paz e em família. O hotel fica muito bem localizado, próximo à rua Tereza e Museu Imperial. Enfim, podem ir sem medo!

Ótimo hotel e ótima localização!

O hotel é uma ótima opção na cidade. Viajei em família e o apartamento é muito amplo e confortável. O sistema de café da manhã no quarto é muito prático. A localização é ótima e fizemos praticamente tudo a pé. A única recomendação que dou seria disponibiulizar travesseiros um pouco mais macios.

Hotel localizado no Centro a poucos metros da Ria Tereza, muito conhecida pelo comércio de roupas. Quarto grande, cama muito confortável, limpo, com utensílios de cozinha, micro-ondas, geladeira. Silencioso, com estacionamento pago. Todos os colaboradores muito simpáticos e solícitos. O café da manhã é bom e servido no quarto com hora marcada, mas acabamos pedindo reposições e fomos sempre atendidos. Diárias bem mais em conta durante a semana. Aos finais de semana os preços quase dobram. Valeu a experiência.

Acomodação excelente! Quarto enorme, super confortável e novo. Tem fogão elétrico, microondas e geladeira, além de utensílios básicos p usar. Deixam sal, café, chás disponíveis. O café da manhã não entendi até agora os comentários. Excelente! Serve no quarto? Serve. Mas isso já vai sabendo. E sinceramente, não vi problema nenhum, a mesa é enorme. Tem uma ótima variedade de opções (café, leite, 2 opções de suco, iogurte, granola, queijo, 4 ou 5 opções de frutas, pães, bolos, ovos mexidos, além de manteiga, cream cheese, mel, geleia, etc). Por fim, a localização tb excelente, ao lado de um shopping. Enfim, não tenho nada a reclamar da estadia!

Hotel muito bem equipado e com serviços excelentes

O quarto é um apartamento completo, com cozinha, até 2 banheiros e um quarto, com um tamanho bem grande. Hotel novo e muito bem equipado, com televisões novas e grandes, Alexa na sala, uma copa bem prática para preparos mais simples, secador de cabelo e ar-condicionado na sala e quarto . Apesar do apartamento ter algumas marcas de mofo (acredito que seja pelo fato do quarto que ficamos estar com a janela virada para fachada frontal), é uma limpeza impecável de todos os ambientes e superfícies. Funcionários muitos simpáticos (em especial ao Wallace, da garagem), que sempre foram muito solicitos e atenciosos. Apesar do estacionamento ser com manobrista e pago a parte (R$25), cumpre muito bem o propósito. Em relação ao café da manhã, optamos por não consumir pelas avaliações negativas dos hóspedes falando que era normal o atraso da entrega nos quartos e a baixa variedade (e não em buffet). No geral é um ótimo hotel, com boa localização e ótimos serviços.
