Overall the stay was good. Parking was convenient, room was spacious with full kitchenette and laundry equipments. Rooftop pool/hot tub/sauna was amazing. The main issue we had was with communication to housekeeping and their standards. We always communicate through WhatsApp which was fine, but many times the message was either not properly passed through or they did not perform the duties. They missed housekeeping a couple of times, left dirty towels and garbage in our room, and forgot to place things requested.

Accommodations were perfect. Everything was very clean. We had just come off a 13 day cruise so having laundry facilities was perfect Merlo coffee around the corner on Thompson Street was amazing the train station a five minute block away so we could get to CBD was great and also taking the train to the Gold Coast was so convenient from that location

This is my second time staying here at the Rambla and it’s a perfect place to stay with all the amenities. It’s also very close to the airport and very affordable. I plan to come back here on my next visit to Brisbane. The owners were very flexible with me as well with my flight being canceled so that I can stay an extra day with no interruption in my same room.

The apartment was nice & comfortable. The pool & hot tub were lovely. But the communication & check-in were the worst we've ever experienced. And the app I had to download for the digital key was hopeless, didnt even work. So ended up having to use the PIN but that was hit & miss in the lift. We weren't the only ones having trouble as just about everyone who hopped in the lift had trouble with the PIN. The area is a business/industrial area, not the best area to stay in. Luckily there was a good coffee shop around the corner. I wouldn't stay here again.

All the amenities were great. The pool, gym, and roof were all clean and were in service. The room was tidy, had great A/C and the full kitchen was a huge help. My only recommendation is to put spray bottles and towels in the gym to wipe down any equipment.
