Staff at the front desk wasn’t very friendly and and did not provide good service. Offered breakfastbag when we had a early departure, but had forgot about it, and when we asked about it they, made food to three out of four(we said it’s missing one, but they said it’s two in one of the bags, wich was untrue).
It’s also horrific to see how the treat there dogs, keeps them in a small metal cage, all day and all night in the glowing sun. We talked to the frontdesk, they said they would see to them, but nothing happend. We did report them to animal protection services localy.
The location is realy beautiful, but a little remote, and the rooms where nice. The pool is much smaller than in the pictures.
