Super convenient, easy check-in Breakfast was not all of that, but it was great to have something before everything else opened up Staff was amazing and kind, we do not encounter any issues at all The shopping center was great, we had so many options to eat and shop at a walking distance After needing to return to Tijuana, we absolutely came back for a second trip that lasted a week and we booked this hotel again

I stayed at One Tijuana Otay for one night. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and shopping within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice bonus. The room itself was very basic. It was clean, but don't expect many amenities. There is no closet, safe, or refrigerator, and I found the bed to be less comfortable than expected. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. I turned it on when I checked in around 5 PM, but when I returned later that evening, it was blowing air but not cooling the room. A technician temporarily fixed it, but less than an hour later it stopped working again. By late evening the room was uncomfortably hot. I called the front desk, but no one answered, so I had to go downstairs. I was told the hotel was full and the technician had already left. They promised to update me if another room became available, but no one ever followed up. I ended up spending the night in a hot room. At checkout I was told that because I booked through Expedia, the hotel couldn't offer any compensation. Parking also costs 100 pesos per night. Great location, but the AC issue and lack of follow-up would make me choose another hotel next time.

2nd time staying here and its a great spot close to the border and airport. Love the breakfast buffet and that the plaza is open late to walk around and get a coffee or food. Rooms are great and super comfy beds. Staff os always welcoming too.

rooms are very small, bathroom very small . I wouldn't recommend this room for bigger people. other things to consider is to book the room at least an hour in advance since it won't reflect the reservation in their system till an hour later other than that is an ok hotel for the price
