Relaxing stay listening to bird song in early mornings. Room was very comfortable and spacious, as was the bathroom which was very clean. The room had everything for self catering (fridge, micro, toaster, egg poacher, kettle, utensils). Tea, coffee, bread, milk, orange juice, cereal all provided. You hardly saw the hosts but they were onsite.
Access was good but cautious driving needed due to latter part of track being a bit uneven - very low cars may scrape on one or two areas. There are free roaming animals as its a farm, (which was lovely to see). Sheep with lambs and a donkey will sometimes greet you; the pig, who is penned securely, likes a back scratch through the fence too. I really enjoyed the location, rural but accessible.
The only minor negative is that on an evening you could hear the tv below your room as it was a bit loud, but that comes with being in someone's home. Also the bedroom carpet had drink spillage stains on from other guests, but other than that, the room was pleasant.
For those with limited mobility, there are a few deep steps up to the house; inside there are shallow, steep stairs to the bedrooms.
