Bed was very comfy and AC was good. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room, but we knew upon booking that wasn’t the case. The front desk staff were kind and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, our overall experience was disappointing. The first room had a strong sewage odor, and while we were moved to another room, it had been heavily sprayed with air freshener to mask the same smell. It seems the hotel has an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed. The bartender at the garden bar also needs some tips on customer service — he was not friendly or attentive. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again

I recently stayed at the Cross Hotel in Rome, and my experience was thoroughly enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and had excellent air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the hot June weather. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The food and cocktails at the bar and restaurant was also quite nice. Overall, a great stay!
