In the Korean section of Melbourne…tram stop one block away and a short walk to Southern cross Station and Spencer street outlet..The Bed was lumpy and horrible the couch in the room was also uncomfortable….probably the worst I have ever sat in…amenities we good allowing us to do some washing during a week stay….The hosts were friendly and helpful it’s just the bed and couch in the unit were sub par..::…a comfortable stay but I would not stay here again

The Concierge Team are all knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We felt so welcomed throughout our stay. We were also impressed by their attention to detail and care. You will be looked after well. The two bedroom was adequate, clean and had a lovely view. The kitchen has all the necessities. Our only qualm was that the building is located in a windy part of Melbourne and we can hear the wind blowing outside, throughout the night. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Otherwise, a fantastic stay.

Modern and immaculately clean rooms. Hotel was close to trains and trams and the staff very friendly. We chose this hotel for its facilities and they did not disappoint - hot tubs on the rooftop and a stunning heated indoor pools, plus steam room and sauna. Perfect for a winter getaway!

It was an incredible place to stay and I highly recommend this location when in Melbourne! The location was perfect, the room was wonderful and the staff were exceptional! A special shout out to the gentleman, Mr. Nimish (sorry about the spelling!)- he was the overnight front desk gentleman that was available Friday morning (28 August). We were trying to get to the airport and our rental car battery had died. When we went back to the hotel, he was so incredibly kind and helpful and was willing to call someone to help us! His kindness will never be forgotten and just made staying at the location an even better experience!

Comfy bed. Space to spread out. Great views. Nice kitchen area. Plenty of lifts. Good location for public transport. Communal areas and carpets dirty. On 15th floor there were no openable windows so felt slightly claustrophobic however wind whistled through the ceilings, the walls, any gaps and vents when blowing was very noisy and caused us to wonder about the structural build.
