Very nice stay. We were glad we stayed here, and not in the Casco Viejo, due to the music festival taking place all week. However, it was close enough to walk over to that part of the city and take part in the festivities. And the hotel gifted us Ibis festival bandanas! Also great central location for exploring the entire central city on foot. We didn't take breakfast at the hotel but it was very nice to have the small bar in the lobby area for grabbing a drink or a bite while waiting to check in or at other times. Highly recommend.

Well located, clean and modern hotel. Two downsides, when we checked in we were given a room that had not been made up from the last guest. Second issue was our key cards reset every day so each night on return we had to go back to reception to get new keys. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Would stay again.

Great location very close to lots of bars and restaurants. Hotel rooms quite dark and not enough plug sockets and USB’s for the world we now live in. Shower was nice with plenty of hot water. Cold and hot water available on every floor which is a great idea. Room itself not very comfortable to spend time in. Good for sleeping and showering, that’s about it.

I was allowed to check-in early which is always a bonus. The staff throughout my stay were friendly helpful and didn't have to wait for anything, bar, safe deposit box etc. It is ideally located for the Old Town (15 minutes walk) Gugenheim (20 minutes walk) there are also excellent bars and restaurants right outside. The Ibis Bilbao Centro was a great hotel! It was very conveniently located near a really nice area with many good restaurants and shopping. The receptionists snd staff were all really courteous and helpful and the rooms were very clean and spacious enough. We would definitely stay there afain when we are in Bilbaonagain and recommend it to anyone wanting a nice place to stay.

Ibis Centro is in a superb location in Bilbao. We were here for a rugby finals weekend but this city has so much more to offer. Superb cuisine and an amazing old town to explore as well in Casco Viejo. And of course the Guggenheim Museum is a must-see. All within easy walking distance. The hotel is really relaxing and the staff are awesome. We needed an 0500 taxi for an early flight and they took care of all bookings and even confirmed the evening before. Fantastic service all round.
