The beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet. The room bathroom was not entirely clean, there was a wad of hair and used soap noted on the upper edge of the shower. Hotel is run down overall. Breakfast was bare minimum. The staff was very pleasant. I would not choose to stay here again unless it was my only option.

Very nice hotel. Nothing fancy or extravagant, but it was clean, the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Very friendly and efficient staff. Just what we needed for an overnight stay. The continental breakfast was convenient. Only one small issue which does not affect our rating whatsoever, is our bathroom door had a catch when opening due to the top hinge being loose with stripped screws. We did report this to the front desk. We will stay here again!

we got a new hotel immediately because the room was very dirty, sink was clogged with food, sketchy area and sketchy people, and there was crusty looking brown stuff everywhere. we were there no more than 15 minutes. i paid $169 and was told i’m only being refunded $54 dollars. incredibly unpleasant. honestly just spend the little extra $ to stay in a nicer hotel if you can.

The bed was really comfortable. Unfortunately, the AC unit was very noisy. I took a shower in the morning and found a used bar of soap from a previous guest in the shower. There was also a hair next to the bar of soap. It was obvious that the shower was not cleaned before me.

My stay at Quality Inn of Madison, WI, was all good. I was in town for my wife's medical procedure at Meriter Hospital, so it was a one-night stay. Carpet was clean, bath was clean. Found no Kleenex to cough into. Breakfast was fast and easy. The Waffle batter cup was not big enough, so the waffle was only half filled when baked. Checkout was great as desk agent directed me to the breakfast room. The price was right too.
