Great hotel in a great location in the city, everything you need in a room for the night

10/10 Exceptional

Great hotel, helpful friendly staff. Trams and buses run to the front door and help you travel all over the Nottingham area. Although the hotel was busy it was quiet at night and had a good nights sleep.

Was pleasantly surprised considering a 2 star hotel. Location perfect. Check in welcoming and quick. Decor was as great. Bar/food open 24hrs. Rooms were great, clean even had a hairdryer. A great first stay at an Ibis will definitely look at booking again.

Noisy rooms The breakfast was reasonable value though the hot buffet was not very hot. Range of food options was nonetheless good.

All very clean, very friendly staff. I was only there for one night and had to leave before breakfast so cannot comment on that. Hotel centrally placed and would stay again

8/10 Very good

The room was clean and practical for overnight stays a good base for our stay. We didn’t use the hotel for the food or drinks. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Having no car park at the hotel, we had to use the council car park which was very expensive even with the discount from the hotel.

8/10 Very good

Great location, excellent staff, and a good breakfast. The room is basic but comfortable. Let down by inadequate air-conditioning that was unable to cool the room sufficiently to sleep comfortably. Would be fine for most of the year, but not when its hot.

Friendly helpful staff, recommended CosyClub around the corner. All did as I would expect for the price. Although they didn't seem to lock the stairwell to stop people entering that way.
