4/10 Regular

Sure, here's a review for the Sedona Hotel Yangon: A Home Away from Home with Exceptional Customer Service Staying at the Sedona Hotel Yangon was an absolute delight from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel instantly at ease. The staff here truly understands the art of customer service; they are attentive, friendly, and go out of their way to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. The hotel itself exudes a sense of luxury without being pretentious. The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all modern amenities you could possibly need. Whether you're here for business or leisure, each room feels like a sanctuary, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustling city outside. One of the standout features of the Sedona Hotel Yangon is its dining options. The restaurants serve a delectable array of local and international cuisine, prepared with the freshest ingredients. Breakfast was a particular highlight for me, with a wide selection of dishes to suit every palate.

Whether you're here for business or leisure, each room feels like a sanctuary, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustling city outside. I live in the US and hadn't been back home to Yangon in 10 years. Two months ago, when I returned, I booked every new hotel in Yangon except this one because I assumed the older hotels might lack activities and amenities. However, I regretted that decision the moment I arrived in july second time. The Sedona Hotel Yangon made me feel instantly at home. Even at midnight, walking around the hotel felt as comfortable as strolling through my own house—it's that safe and welcoming. The lobby café offered exceptional customer service, and the staff were incredibly friendly and well-trained. Almost every member of the staff exceeded my expectations with their professionalism and warmth. Overall, my experience at the Sedona Hotel Yangon was nothing short of exceptional.

Grace under pressure

Staying here during the COVID crisis and the staff and management are doing their best to make the situation safe and comfortable. The food is quite good, facilities are kept very clean, and hotel staff are always helpful. It's not the ideal time to be in any hotel, but we made the right choice by choosing Sedona. Great location. The hotel grounds are green and beautiful, and Inya Lake is across the street.
