Very nice hotel, friendly staff and they were always welcoming, they helped us with everything, we fall sick there due to altitude and the staff helped us recover, we had a rental car and they helped us park the car in garage and remove whenever we needed. Excellent hotel but the area seems a bit sketchy, but we didn’t have any problems at all. The hotel is spanking new with large rooms and nice fixtures. The bar on the fifth floor provides a great view of the city and serves great libations, food and atmosphere. Need to take a taxi to get to the Plaza, but it’s worth every penny that you pay for this hidden gem of a hotel.
