Excellent location if you’re visiting Iguazú falls. The hotels has an excellent gym which is very well equipped (the best gym is any that I have ever stayed at). The food and drink at the hotel is very well priced. Lovely pool area to chill out in and a really good breakfast. Just what you would expect from a chain hotel. Not a lot to do around the hotel or many bars or restaurants. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel with restaurants as an alternate option to the hotel. I’d recommend staying here.

Habitación limpia. Personal hay muchos pero no están atentos para servirte o están solo en 1 lugar entonces al final el huésped debe ir a buscarlos siempre para cada necesidad y eso no debería ser así siendo un 5 estrellas y además que ( si hay suficiente personal) la cuestión es que no están distribuidos solo se ubican en el bar y no en ninguna área común como ser las piscinas! Hotel bom mas caro pelo que oferece. Estacionamento caro, aberto e lotado. Cafe da manhã excelente Quartos com portas e paredes desgastadas. Cama excelente. Banheiros muito bons. Surpresa ter recebido uma multa por fumar no quarto, sendo que não fumo. Reclamei e retiraram a tal cobrança. Funcionários cordiais e prestativos.

A estadia foi ótima, apesar de termos passado por um pequeno inconveniente com relação a fechadura do quarto. O cartão diversas vezes não abriu a porta do quarto e tive que ir à recepção muitas vezes até consertarem. Tirando isso, o hotel é excelente. O fato de ter atividades para crianças foi um diferencial. Com certeza iremos hospedar lá novamente quando voltarmos a Foz.

Para ser um padrão Hilton falta um pouco.

Acredito que um padrão do DoubleTree by Hilton seja melhor em outros hoteis da rede. O hotel é bom, mas falta para ele ser ótimo, e são coisas muito simples de serem resolvidas. A parte de recreação é bem legal, assim como as quadras que eles disponibilizam raquetes e bolinhas. A cama é maravilhosa. Mas..... Tive problemas com o ar condicionado, o filtro estava tão sujo que ele não funcionava, quando pedimos para trocar de quarto, nenhum outro quarto estava com o ar limpo, e quando finalmente limparam um, o mesmo estava com a aba quebrada. O restaurante peca por atendimento, a comida é boa, mas falta equipe para manter as mesas limpas e postas para quem não é o primeiro a chegar. Para ser ainda melhor, as piscinas externas poderiam ser aquecidas, pois são muito geladas. Também não me ofereceram os benefícios de ser Hilton Honor Gold pois fiz a reserva por aqui.... Não sei se ficaria novamente, acho que podem ter opções melhores por valores similares.
