Really great hotel in Foz de Iguaçu. Breakfast was awesome with many options and a large dining room. The room was clean and everything worked just fine. When the A/C wasn't working, the staff was very helpful to fix it immediately. It is also close to a shopping center and many food options. Would definitely recommend.

Well located, modern hotel with a very comfortable room. Good bed, great shower. Breakfast was nice with a lot of choice. Absolutely recommended for who comes to Foz to see the wonders of the area. The tourist agency Loumar was very well represented, they are offering all the best trips in the area!

Liked the shopping mall across the street. We ate at the food court and Churascarria Mania a few times. Breakfast was good. I would recommend adding an egg station and the breakfast area was very cold. I would recommend adding heating so guests are more comfortable. Only 1 elevator was working our entire stay. There is also a grocery store 3 minutes away. The staff was really good. Bonus. You can book your tours at the hotel. We booked the dinners and show at Rafain and loved it.

All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The little location is awesome, right across the street from a large shopping mall. Was handy for all the incidentals we needed, even had a grocery store. The rooms were good enough, but nothing fancy or special. Comfortable bed. We had to ask for a duvet as there was no actual proper blanket. The a/c kinda sucked and took a few hours to cool the room, we had to leave it on when we weren't there to get it cool Enough. We would stay here again for the location and the staff. The restaurant was actually really delicious, even though we were the only ones eating dinner ( we were exhausted from the falls and didn't want to go anywhere). The free breakfast buffet was huge but was just ok. All worth it for Igazu Falls, the most beautiful place I've ever been. Wish we had stayed more than 2 nights.

Experiência estressante e desagradável na chegada , que se resolveu após eu ter que discutir com o funcionário . Fiz uma reserva para 2 adultos e 1 criança de 8 anos e, no quarto selecionado, constava : acomoda 3 , cama queen, cama extra dobrável disponível. Em qualquer lugar do mundo isso significa que o quarto acomoda 3, sendo o casal na cama queen e a criança na cama dobrável. Quando chegamos, o quarto tinha 2 camas de solteiro e nenhuma dobrável. Liguei para a recepção e ele sugeriu unir as duas camas e que meu filho dormisse conosco na mesma cama. Falei sobre a cama dobrável e ele queria me cobrar uma taxa de cerca de 200,00 por diária para colocar a cama dobrável porque disse que meu filho de 8 anos teria que dormir na nossa cama para não cobrarem a taxa. Expliquei, após uma estressante conversa, que no site constava Cama extra dobrável disponível e em nenhum momento vem escrito que essa disponibilidade seria mediante taxa extra. Percebi que é uma ordem do hotel e não falha do funcionário. O mesmo liberou a cama extra após eu provar como estava escrito no site, mas me gerou uma experiência ruim ter que discutir por algo que o hotel divulga e não cumpre. Sugiro ao setor responsável do hotel que troque a forma de divulgar os quartos e escreva : cama extra dobrável mediante cobrança adicional Assim iremos comparar hotéis pelos valores reais das diárias e decidir onde ficar de forma clara e não enganosa.
