We enjoyed our stay. Front desk agent Frederica was outstanding. Room was clean and shower was great. They kept our luggage so we could explore the city while our room was getting ready. Everything is at walking distance. Frederica sent us a list of great places to dine, shop and visit. Price was affordable as well.

The room was a bit warm for us, and the ventilation did not seem to be working. That said, opening the window cooled things down nicely. Great location, close to everything. First off, the customer service provided was way more than a five star rating. I was not expecting such great information to help me on this trip. Federica is amazing and even helped our friends in the middle of the night with an emergency The room was very nice and super clean. Place was nice. Employee's were friendly. Only 2 things were not to my liking. First no roof access for watching the sunrise. Can't do anything about that. The main, and major issue is the shower is extremely small. If you are not claustrophobic or bigger than an American Large. Then you'll love it.
