Lovely hotel in an ideal position by the river. Our only complains that there were very thin cardboard cups in the rooms for hot drinks. We understand they are trying to be eco friend it surely proper cups that can be washed are more environmentally friendly

Very worn out and outdated, from the carpets to door handles everything looks ancient; needs a major refurbishment urgently. Also very noisy, the rooms with river view are above the patio restaurant, so in the morning during breakfast, you hear loud cutlery sounds for 2-3 hours, are you not supposed to have a layin during holidays?

AIR CONDITIONNING SET TO 24DegC. Too hot! Because of flying bugs, we couldnt open the window, so we had to sweat. At night, the walk from the car park to the hotel is in the total obscurity. No solar powered light installed for the guest's security. These 2 issues are easy to fix.

Accueil déplorable

La dame a la rĂ©ception nous a trĂšs mal reçus ! Nous sommes arrivĂ©s Ă  vĂ©los et elle a Ă©tĂ© dĂ©sagrĂ©able des le dĂ©but en disant de nous pousser avec les vĂ©los. Ensuite on a apportĂ© nous saccoches et elles a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able en nous disant de les dĂ©placer car ça la gĂȘnait, mais sur un ton Ă  Ă  limite de la politesse, Dehors les paysan avaient perguĂ© dans les champs du coups ça sentait fort le fumier. Elle nous a tout de suite que c’était infectĂ© et nous a ordonnĂ© de regarder sous nos chaussures pour voir si elles Ă©taient bien propre et elles Ă©taient toutes parfaitement propre. Vraiment un accueil directif, sĂ©vĂšre et non chaleureux. Elle n’était pas du accueillante et nous agressĂ©. À mon avis elle n’était pas Ă  sa place !!
