Terrible Service

I called beforehand to ask about my second pet and they said it was no issue or extra charge, one I arrived they made a big fuss and wanted to make an extra charge before check-in for both pets (when none should be charged) and overall making us feel unsafe. Had to stay in a different place and hotel wouldn't wage cancellation after the whole fiasco on their side.

Pésimo servicio de estacionamiento, está ubicado como a 1 cuadra del hotel, dejan la puerta abierta, puede entrar cualquier persona y no hay una persona cuidando. El personal del hotel me comentó que ellos lo llevaban a la puerta del hotel cuando fuera mi salida y no fue así, la chica me dijo que yo fuera por el carro ya que no había llegado el chico que va por ellos. Instalaciones viejas pero limpias, cortinas rotas.

Nos encantó el lugar, excelenre relación calidad-precio y muy cerca del centro. El restaurante tiene buenos precios y considero que el ambiente es muy familiar y tranquilo. Lo único que puedo señalar es que nuestra habitación estandar era caliente, y pesar de que nos dieron otro ventilador y teniendo las ventanas abiertas, el calor tiende a guardarse en el cuarto incluso en la nochr. Fuera de eso, considero que es un gran lugar para pasar una vacaciones cortas.

Es in lugar tranquilo, donde se puede escuchar y disfrutar armonia. La alberca esta climatizada y tiene areas donde puedes centarte de leer o platicar con tranquilidad. Los chicos del estacionamiento muy agradable y amable. Lo dice su nombre un lugar pequeño pero con encanto.
