It is a very nice place, but it really needs maintenance. The pool has a lot of tiles missing, there is no food service of any type, not even ice after 300pm. There is a lot of noise coming from the pool machines from the hotel above them.

I called beforehand to ask about my second pet and they said it was no issue or extra charge, one I arrived they made a big fuss and wanted to make an extra charge before check-in for both pets (when none should be charged) and overall making us feel unsafe. Had to stay in a different place and hotel wouldn't wage cancellation after the whole fiasco on their side.

La alberca esta climatizada y tiene areas donde puedes centarte de leer o platicar con tranquilidad. Los chicos del estacionamiento muy agradable y amable. Lo dice su nombre un lugar pequeño pero con encanto.
