Our room was looking at the Elis factory so we had constant noice, from morning to night. The bed was not comfortable at all, we could feel all the springs in the mattress. There was no aircondition in the room so it was really hot and the air felt really heavy. And the check in was also kind of unpersonal, there was no reception just a room with staff (they were helpful tho). Overall i would not stay there again, way too expensive for the quality

Fui de férias com meu marido. Adoramos este Hotel. Apesar de não ter recepcionista, o checkin foi facil. Tudo funciona muito bem. Quarto e demais ambientes, sempre limpos. Localização achei muito boa. O ônibus 101 deixava na porta. E ao lado, tem um mercado Audi, com bons preços (tratando-se da Suiça) e muito funcional. Não tem café da manhã, mas comprávamos no mercado Audi, o que precisávamos. E o Bern Passa ( com direito a ônibus, trem e funicular) que recebemos, foi bastante usado o que nos deu uma boa economia. Certamente recomendo este Hotel, e voltaremos!

Requires to rake a 10 min bus to get to the city center. Most important problem which the manager still has not been able to address is the poor room cleaning by the cleaning staff. We had a perfect four-night stay and loved this place! The apartment was modern, spacious, spotlessly clean, and truly felt like a home away from home. It's the ideal size for two people and features a fully equipped kitchenette complete with a microwave, fridge, and great cooking facilities. The location is incredibly convenient, too—there's an Aldi supermarket right across the street, a bus stop just a two-minute walk away, and it’s only a ten-minute bus ride to the main train station. We were extremely happy with our stay and highly recommend this apartment!

The hotel is a nice, clean, comfy hotel. Very modern. Pictures are accurate as to what you see on line. The hotel is a bit outside the main centre and not much around it. However, it is a quick bus ride (less than 10 mins- take the 101 or 107 from the train station). The kitchen had everything we needed to make quick simple meals. Staff was friendly and helpful.

There is not a full wall for the shower, and a 1/4" x 1/4" block to separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom, so prepare for water to be generally all over the wall and floor. There is also 3-in-1 soap/shampoo/conditioner, so make sure to bring your own if you have hair. One of the workers let us check in a few minutes early; the self check in kiosk will not work if you arrive before 1500. The hotel is 15-20 mins walk to any of the bus/trams to bern, so you will generally be approximately 40 mins from the city The vending machines are extremely expensive.

Die Betten reichen als Kästen bis zum Boden, so dass man häufig (und schmerzhaft) anstösst. Im Bad kommt die Beleuchtung von hinten, so dass Schminken/Rasieren sehr schattig wird. Betten und Klima sind sehr gut. Eine separate Entsorgung von Aludosen fehlt im Haus und in der Nachbarschaft.

Viel Dreck unter dem Bett. Der Safe ging kaputt und ich musste den Service rufen. Check out war nicht klar. Check in hat nicht funktioniert, vor Ort wie auch online hat das Portal nicht innerhalb vernünftiger frist reagiert. Neben mir erging es ca 10 anderen Gästen so.
