Amazing staff! Location is best. We got moved to another room due to an unforeseen issue with the generator. Hector responded immediately and moved us as far away possible from the noise. That was exceptional customer service. We are now promoting this hotel to all our family and friends. We sincerely enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to go to Puerto Rico.

I had a great stay as someone traveling for business, but bringing family with for the trip. The 2BD penthouse was the perfect setup for us, especially with the private rooftop deck and hot tub. The staff was very attentive, checking in daily during our week-long stay, about our housekeeping needs. The parking garage took some maneuvering, but was doable.

Our stay at HiBird was just what we needed. The room was spacious and comfortable and the lobby and pool were beautiful. However it was the staff that really elevated the experience. They were incredibly kind and welcoming and on multiple occasions went out of their way to assist us. To top things off the restaurant at the hotel is delicious!

The staff member that helped us when we first arrived was really amazing! We just finished a long and arduous trip across Puerto Rico. He knew we were exhausted.He kindly held up traffic so that we wouldn’t have to face even more traffic jams to go back around to the parking garage… He was very accommodating and very very kind… The room was small, but nice and clean and cute. The layout of the place is a little confusing, but we were able to figure it out after a while. It’s in a cool area with lots of stores and restaurants around. overall very convenient and comfortable.
