Lorena was an excellent/efficient front desk staff when we checked in. Room was ready at 10:30 am which was very helpful after a long overnight bus trip from Paris . She helped us set up our complimentary Bern City tickets for transportation. The room was clean, breakfast well set up and excellent choices. Karen was also very nice. Well worth staying here.

Excellent, super clean, very friendly staff and breakfast is very good, have a good vegetable for breakfast for vegan people. I can't just believe that the hotel is exceptionally good for just a 3 star hotel. Overall, the hotel is very clean, very organized and have a calm environment. The tram is just a very short ride from the hotel to the city center, just 2 stops and the walk from the hotel to the tram station is just a 5 min walk, basically 2 small blocks away. I am planning to stay in this hotel for my future travel to Bern again. I will recommend this hotel to all our friends planning to visit Bern. Bellisima! Ausgezeichnet! Exceptionalle!

Hotel was fine, staff were excellent! Main issue during our stay was it does not have air conditioning and rooms were like an oven. Fans were insufficient to cool down during the hot temperatures so it was impossible to stay in room during the day and impossible to sleep at night.

Room was beautiful and the couch is much smaller than you think. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was even better. I had 2-3 cappuccinos. Shops are a 5 min walk + but the hotel itself is in a safe area!

This place was super clean, very centralized to old town bern and the train station that I rarely took the bus. I even walked alone at night and felt safe. it exceeded my expectations and you get a free bus pass. I will definitely be back!
