I've never stayed at this chain before but the hotel was nicer than I thought. Room was big with a full size fridge, microwave and even a spot to eat in the kitchen. The pool was nice and clean. I'll definitely stay here again.

The AC made a loud vibrating sound after it was on for a while (room 311). It was set on 70 Cool when I arrived and the room was hot. I put it on 65 and it finally cooled the room. The workout fitness room was awesome. The seat adjustment for the bicycle is stripped so you can’t adjust the heigjt of the seat. The darn AC kept waking me up during the night when it came on.

Pflugerville stay

The hotel was really clean and comfortable. There is a real issue with extremely low water pressure. Also, the breakfast area sign advertised holiday breakfasts from 7-10 am. When we arrived to eat at 9:15 am, we were told since it was a Monday, it had only been open from 6-9 am. We reported this to the desk clerk but went without breakfast that day. Every employee was very helpful.

The air conditioner in our room sounded like a jet taking offf for the entire time. The rest of the hotel was nice but the breakfast is pretty much inedible. They ran out of some essential items for days. We will be coming back and forth to this area monthly but this hotel will be a skip.

The door latch got stuck, my contractor could not get in the room & his partner could not get out. They had to use force to get the door open & then reported it to the front desk. I would highly suggest inspecting all room doors to prevent future mishaps.

Loved the room! But we had some issues. First they gave us a room that had not been cleaned.. received a new room. New room had no shampoo or bar soap. We had one Body wash bottle that was full and another one half full which was probably left over from the previous people. The closet and shower lights were not working. Also on the floor by the bed was a q-tip. They really need to improve on the housekeeping!!!

Poor Customer Service.

Cannot rate anything in the room because we showed up to check in only to discover they cancelled our reservation as they overbooked the hotel. The receptionist was not at the desk when we entered so had to wait for them to come out of their office. The receptionist looked and talked like we were crazy for wanting to check in for our reservation. No one called us to tell us our reservation was cancelled so at 10pm, we had to drive back home since there were no other hotels available in the area. I had made the reservation over two months in advance of our planned stay.

Hotel Check-In Nightmare

Well, we arrived at noon as we usually do to check in at any hotel for our regular couple's staycation which we do every month. I explained to her that we never experience any issues anywhere with the hotel checking us in "early" around noon. This receptionist, however, told us check it was a strict 3 pm--she didn't even make an effort to check on room availability or make any effort to get us into a room. Since we were "stuck" with no room, we went to eat some lunch nearby, and with nowhere else to go after lunch, we came back to the hotel to wait 'til 3.. She saw us waiting in the lobby and told us she was going to go ahead and check us in. She checked us into a room and when we went up and opened the door, the room was a mess and not made up yet. So we hauled the cart back down and without even apologizing, she checked us into a different room. When we went up to the second room it was also a mess and had not yet been made up. At this point we thought she was doing this to us on purpose. She sent us to a 3rd room, hauling the cart everywhere we went, and finally the 3rd room was clean. This receptionist/hostess was not very friendly, obviously not very helpful, and completely unprofessional. We do realize it's incredibly hard for the service industry to fill positions post-covid , but a hotel receptionist should possess some friendlier more helpful attributes.

Love it you can’t go wrong. There’s so many stores around you. Anything that you need? DoorDash is quick and the parking is easy. Front desk is friendly. Didn’t wake up for the breakfast, but you know what everything else made up for.
