My only complaint was our Grizzly Bear two bedroom suite. The floor turned our feet solid black. It was soooo gross!!! I had my 13 year old granddaughter and her two friends. The bottom of their feet from just walking around on the floor in our room, was sooooo thick black, they were peeling it off. The next morning we made sure to wear socks. It was so bad, I feel like the floor couldn’t have been mopped for quite awhile. For the cost of the room…that truly is unacceptable. Also, systems were down through entire resort so we ended up ordering from Pizza Hut instead of the pizza place at resort which was fine but with systems down, all the tvs didn’t work in our room(3). That was a bummer when we all were winding down that evening. Other than that, we did have a lovely time celebrating my granddaughters 13th birthday and they enjoyed the water park!

Waterslides for great fun for all of us between 11 and 81! Food, especially the buffet was outstanding and something for everyone’s taste. Room comfortable. Would have liked a chair in the king bedroom of the grizzly bear. Old people like to sit to put on jeans sometimes!! overall a wonderful experience for our twin granddaughters to celebrate their 12th birthday

Room wise, it was amazing. We got a grand bear suite on the second floor, but it was totally quiet (despite sharing the floor with the main lobby and gift shop/starbucks). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. The waterpark was fun for our kids. I do feel like it was less crowded (Sunday-Monday in May before school gets out)- so I imagine our experience was unique.
