we spent 7 nights on a family city break to Alicante . The hotel is just on the periphery of the city centre but its easy access to the shops and restaurant. Hotel staff were all friendly and aproachable and helped make it an enjoyable stay.

Very nice hotel. Staff on reception were polite. We had no problems so can't comment on helpfulness in that respect. Bar staff were excellent - friendly and helpful whilst also being professional. Roo. Was modern and clean. Great shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. Main bed was very comfortable. Sofa bed was ok ut adults would t want to be on it for more than 2 nights.

Very nuce hotel located near the marina of Cabo de Palos. It has its own restaurant and bar, it is walking distance from several other restaurants aling the coast. The rooms are clean, the minibar has all the necessities for making coffee or tea. Do take note that there is available laundry but they charge it by the piece like in major hotel chains, so it may be a bit challenging if you are in Cabo de Palos for water sport activities.

We have stayed here most times we visit Alicante. Very easy to get to and from the Airport. The hotel is pristine clean and comfortable and prices are reasonable.

The room was clean, decent size and with good bath facilities but was disappointed as we have earlier requested for higher floor but ended up only on the first floor. We arrived around 12:00 but only got the room at 14:45pm despite being informed that the room will be available at 14:00. The guy at the reception never came back at 14:00, we waited and waited. We only got the room after asking another lady for help. The swimming pool is relatively small don’t be fooled by the picture in the website. Limited sun beds. Breakfast was disappointing, no regular scrambled eggs just local Spanish egg that was cold, it would be nicer if they had placed in a warmer. Location is fair but you need to like to walk. To the main old town is about a 1km from the hotel. It is a nice walk if weather is nice and the area has decent pedestrian foot paths and pedestrian crossings. 29-30min walk to church or supermarket. «Breakfast» is available but Spanish version. Don’t except scramble eggs or English breakfast. Their local breakfast is just a simple half baguette with ibérico ham, cheese and tomato paste. Delicious and tasty.

We spend a short weekend at this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. The local is a little further away but the beach and shops are only 10 mins walk away. The roof top pool is a little small but it was ok for us. Staff are fabulous, very helpful and efficient. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean with nice rooms and public spaces. Nice breakfast and a sauna/jacuzzi for guests. It is 15 mins to the old town, a pleasant walk on the promenade. The restaurant in the hotel was nice too, we had to eat there a couple of evenings. Overall we had a really nice stay, I would stay there again!
