The hotel is right next to the streetcar line which is very convenient. The rooms are nice and homey with a large bathroom and very comfortable beds! The breakfast items are limited, but it was nice sitting outside on the patio with our coffee and muffins watching the streetcars go by. I'd definitely stay there again when visiting NOLA!

The Saint Charles Inn is conveniently located on Main Street, with a train route right in front that offers easy access to the city center. The elevator had been broken for weeks, yet we were not notified until arrival for our non-refundable room (shouldn’t we have reasonably been notified so we could cancel our room?). The carpets on stairs & hallways were never vacuumed over 4 days, despite visible debris on the carpet the day we arrived. Would not stay there again unless cleanliness becomes a higher priority.
