This residence inn did not seem up to par with the others I’ve stayed in. Seemed like it was showing its age. That said, it was still clean(other than a stain on the sofa) and mostly usable. The pull out bed in the sofa was so worn out the springs were the only thing holding it together. No one would be able to reasonably sleep on it. The front desk was empty 3 different times we approach: once for check in, once when my key cards stopped working and once with a checkout question.

Staff customer service is above average. In spite of being next to a freeway, it was amazingly peaceful and quiet. Best breakfast bar I've ever seen-- even in higher cost hotels.
