Beautiful hotel! The landscape is breathful! If we are in the area, we will stay here again next time! The DOT Spa is fantastic! Spacious, clean, comfortable room, with a perfect bathroom! I received the best massage I've ever experienced, here. The pools and spa are excellent, would love to come back to return for a relaxing getaway. Transportation to any of the other restaurants, or into the city, is definitely challenging due to how high up on a mountain it's located.

Really nice hotel, far from Lugano up in the hills with great views. Downside was Pool not very clean, lose tiles in the pool. Other than that, overall a great stay.

Parking was easy and hotel was a bit empty which was perfect to enjoy the heated swimming pool. People were kind. Restaurant was good and romantic but a little bit expensive. The view of the room was also very nice. It was a bit difficult to reach the hotel by car with the roads but entirely feasible.

The staff was accommodating. My husband and I could relax in the pool area. After the pool, we were pleased to have a delicious meal at their restaurant. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to enjoy a massage that would be the cherry on the top. Lovely place, we like it.

Our stay was really peaceful and overall great. The views are amazing. The spa area smells like chlorine tho, especially in hammam area. Also tiles in different spa areas are missing. The staff is nice and attentive. It’s high up on the mountain but we risked to drive. Parking is easy. Bus stops right in front of the hotel, so it’s easily accessible if you decide not to rent a car. Dinner is expensive for the portion. Enjoy your stay as we did.
