Great stay

From the day of check in until the day we checked out, we were provided with a clean room and excellent customer service. The air-conditioning was really great on the very hot days. We had our pup with us so were provided with a dog-friendly room.

The room is big with cooking facility, has daily room service which is better than most apartments. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, it was easy to arrange late check in since our flight was delayed

8/10 Very good

Staff friendly and helpful. Convenient to have parking within the hotel complex - public transport at front door also. Extra star would have been given if LF/GF options available with breakfast. Some disruption due to renovations in building during stay, but well managed.

10/10 Exceptional

Whole entire apartment was spotless. Staff was more than helpful. The only negative we would have is the shower over the bath was hard to get into. Maybe need a handle to help an older person get in. They still deserve a 10/10 though...
