The hotel is perfectly located right on the square in a very walkable area. The staff are extremely helpful. Breakfast is very good.

All the staff were wonderful. It was in a perfect location right on the Zocalo where all the NewYear's activities were going on and easy access to a lot of the historic sites, restaurants, arts and crafts, food stores and the two major historic markets. The only downsides are the tile floor in the shower is very slippery and the beds are not comfortable. The hotel is a historic building which is well maintained. We loved would stay there again.

I expected this much and I got so much more! The view of the main cathedral from my room! Very nice room. While little luggage a uniformed hotel employee came to meet us at the parking lot. Nice hotel overlooking the Zocalo, so u will get the noise from the area. Prices tend to be too high but it's clean & comfortable. We only had a small issue with the water leaking out through a hole onto the bathroom floor. I was given the wrong room in the back of the hotel when I had booked a park/square view & when I asked to change rooms the receptionist was hesitant which made no sense as the hotel was half empty.
