Very good hotel on the western side of Oaxaca city. Nice rooms and villas (like cabins). Creative architecture. Excellent meals. We’ll come back and stay longer another time.

The suite was nice and clean staff were very friendly. One thing to mention was in a full kitchen there wasn’t any cutlery or glasses. Not even a single cup. After pleading with the staff they did finally get us a couple glasses. I believe they should at least supply a couple glasses for the bathroom and to have a sip of Wine😬 Other than that it was great. Breakfast was excellent at the restaurant.

Walls are dirty, fans are filthy, roaches. Curtains, sheets, towels are old and torn. TV programing and remotes only aloeed 1 channel, everyday I had to request support to program the tv to a remote to function. Staff is extremely cordial.

La villa en que nos hospedamos tiene una cocineta, no funciona, no tienen ni un vaso. El baño está viejo, percudido y la regadera está tapada y vieja. Las fotografías engañan y ustedes HOTELES.com no hacen nada para certificar lo que el hotel ofrece.

El hotel esta bien ubicado sobre la carretera de acceso a la ciudad. Estuvimos el fin de semana y desafortunadamente las instalaciones se rentan para fiestas, como la de XV años que hubo ese sábado. La fiesta terminó a la madrugada con musica a todo volumen. Más tarde llevaron a algunos borrachos a la habitación de a lado en estado impropio. A las 7 de la mañana desde otra habitación ya había musica para todos. La habitación tiene respiraderos o ventanas por las cuales se oyen todos los ruidos de los vecinos. Por demás, el sitio es agradable.
