Great Location small feel Hotel

On arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by one of the doorman Who was very friendly and extremely helpful. We were then shown around the hotel quickly before being shown to our room which was extremely nice overlooking the pool. The pool is in a gated area separate from the opposite side which is a bar/breakfast area and evening dining Which is nicely set out With plenty Of shade or sunshine. . Our room was very comfortable and the air-conditioning was also very good although the lighting in the bathroom was a bit strange switching itself on and off whilst in or out of the bathroom needless to say it was still a very nice bloom and a very nice bathroom, newly renovated I believe.

Delightful art-deco hotel

The staff were most welcoming and helpful in this charming art-deco hotel. Our room was on the 5th floor and there is only one small lift, but this did not spoil our stay too much. Our room was of a good size with comfortable beds, a large wardrobe and chest of drawers plus a bathroom with a large bath and separate walk-in shower. The room was well equipped with a flat-screen TV, minibar and safe but we had to ask for kettle to make tea and coffee. As well as an outside swimming pool, the pretty Paseo terrace is a really comfortable sun-trap where you can have a drink or eat al-fresco. Will probably book again for next year!

Not a 5-star hotel. Extremely misleading on all levels. They baited and switched us. Management separated me and my family of 4 (2 children under 10 years old), refusing to add a rollaway bed to our reserved room (even though upon booking it states children 2-11 years free & extra bed by request.) We only needed 1 rollaway bed as our toddler sleeps next to us. That said, Hotel Juana’s solution was coercing us into a joint room for the remainder 2 nights of our stay, charging us close to $4000. If it was genuinely a 5-star hotel and experience we wouldn’t have minded, but we really felt robbed and disgusted by the dusty, moldy, and ill-maintained rooms. They certainly did not attempt to make us feel like valued guests. I would be mortified to recommend this hotel to anyone I know. Please avoid if you are looking for a true 5-star experience. I wish I knew this before booking.

Non capisco come possa avere cinque stelle. È decisamente un quattro. Pur pagando un extra fee giornaliero per il cagnolino la terza notte la camera non è stata rifatta. Motivazione da parte dell’albergo la cameriera aveva paura che il cane uscisse. Penso che sarebbe stato interessante essere avvisati. Al check out abbiamo trovato addebitate delle patatine del mini bar che non avevamo preso e le hanno stornate per fortuna. Quattro ore dopo un ulteriore addebito di 75 € sulla carta di credito abbiamo chiamato per avere spiegazioni e ci hanno detto che avevano addebitato delle bevande del mini bar che non avevamo mai preso. stornate anche quelle. Grandi aspettative per un albergo dove non ritornerò, esperienza deludente.
