All staff was courteous and professional. The guys at reception were so helpful in answering all our questions and sharing information to help us navigate through the city. My room was cleaned thoroughly each day. I appreciate the lady’s work ethic. The spa provided me with just the right “pick me up.” I had reflexology first. Secondly, I had a massage, then sauna, steam room, and finally the bath. What a way to get re-energized. If you need a hotel on the Asian side, I highly recommend the Antwell.

The property is excellent when it comes to accessibility to all malls and the European side. You will need a car as Metro is not close. best of all is Emaar mall is 3 min walking distance. this is the 3rd time i stayed at this hotel and i love it. Also car parking is free and very convenient as you will park in the garage and take the elevetor to your room , so it is steps to your room.

This hotel has a pool but it is only open between 11am and 8pm, not open in the morning. It is mandatory to wear a swimming cap, if you don't have one you can buy one for 9 USD ! None of this is on the hotel's website so it will be a negativ surprise when you get there.
