Bom serviço no café da manhã e restaurante. Pontos negativos: inaceitável que um hotel dessa categoria precise ganhar com um estacionamento terceirizado. Acho péssimo impor ao hóspede o pagamento de tarifa para uso do estacionamento. Se a rede Meliá precisa que a receita do hotel seja complementada com o estacionamento, que pelo menos chegue a um acordo com o terceirizado para que a cobrança seja feita apenas a visitantes. Outro ponto péssimo é ter que deixar a chave do veículo com o manobrista. Não importa a justificativa dada, ela não é boa o bastante. Escolhi o Meliá justamente por que, quando busquei informação ESPECÍFICA sobre se eu ficaria com a chave do carro ou se deveria deixá-la com o manobrista, me foi dito que poderia ficar com a chave. Não importa se a informação foi equivocada: baseei minha escolha nessa informação e o que se espera é que quem atenda ao telefone tenha a informação correta. Ainda assim, procurei deixar meu carro em uma vaga que não precisaria ser movimentado e, MESMO ASSIM, o carro foi movimentado para outra vaga SEM QUALQUER MOTIVO. Péssima experiência! O quarto estava bom, como deve ser; nada excepcional. Quanto ao banheiro, a porta estava avariada na sua parte inferior, o que não é aceitável. O uso de frascos com "pump" para sabonete, shampoo e condicionador é uma péssima escolha. Muito difícil extrair os produtos por que o pump é curto e seu movimento é dificultado pelo seu suporte. Dificilmente voltarei ao Meliá.

O café da manhã é o grande destaque do hotel, além do conforto do quarto. A área da piscina e academia deixam a desejar. O atendimento no check in foi excelente. O hotel é antigo, porém reformado. Carpete com cheiro de mofo e banheiro com cheiro de urina. A postura da camareira/governança Ana Paula e outras colegas precisa melhorar. Ficaram conversando alto nos corredores dos quartos durante a manhã e à tarde, muitas vezes com xingamentos e palavras de baixo calão, impedindo meu descanso e relaxamento.
