The location is good, in the Eixample district of Barcelona. (Eixample is an area with wide streets and houses with beautiful architecture). The room was quiet and as advertised. The breakfast was good value at €15 and offered a satisfying selection. The only minor negatives were that the bathroom felt a bit outdated, with a cockroach visiting us a few times. Still, it was a pleasant stay overall.
