Enjoyed my stay at Scandic Europa. Great location. 5 mins from Central Station and Bus station. 2 mins from large shopping centre. Lots of food options around. Staff were friendly. Pool was ok, not the biggest but water was warm!

The stay was fine. Noisy neighbors were a bit of an issue. Usually 1 of the 4 elevators weren't working, at one point 2 were out. The service and breakfast were both excellent (as usual). This, and the nice location, are why i come back.

Nice hotel. Very central. A bit worn on the edges of the furniture in the room. Did experience one employee that wasn’t very customer friendly. The rest of the employees were super nice.

Very clean room and super location just next to the train station and a big shopping mall. One small pity is the shower room a little bit old. Coffee is fee at reception. Gym and swimming pool are equipped but swimming pool is under maintenance. Breakfast is nice with warm bread but fresh fruits like apples and pears are entire, not easy for eating. In general, very good C/P value!

Rigtig fint hotel, høj standard. Personalet var meget imødekommende og behjælpelige. Hotellet ligger lige ved centralstation og er også nemt at komme til og fra med bus og sporvogn. Cirka en halv times gang fra Liseberg og Universeum. Check-in er først kl 16, hvilket betød, at der var en lang kø ved receptionen allerede kl 15.30. Så undgå køen; vent med at ankomme til 16.30/17. Stor og lækker morgenbuffet med et særligt område til vegansk og glutenfrit. Maden i restauranten om aftenen var dog ikke noget at råbe hurra for. Fik en burger, der var ret lille og simpel og ikke pengene værd. Hotellet har en fin pool, men den bliver hurtigt lidt proppet, selvom man skal booke tid i forvejen. Men fint til en hurtig dukkert. Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse.

Bra läge med nära till det mesta i centrala Göteborg. Frukost, bar och restaurang håller bra Scandic klass. Rummet var väldigt omysigt, inga tavlor eller nåt annat på väggarna. Skitigt dessutom var spillt på väggarna både o rummet och på toaletten mitt på väggen med stora fläckar, borde inte gå att missa för städaren
