I stayed at the Best Western Plus Lower South End from May 16–18, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing overall.
The one highlight was the service from a team member named Miracle. She was kind, helpful, and showed real empathy during my stay.
However, the stay itself was far from restful or productive. I was in Room 101, and both nights were disrupted by loud music and parties going on past 4 a.m., which made it nearly impossible for my wife and me to sleep. During the day, loud construction work in the hallway made it difficult to get any work done in the room.
As someone who travels often—especially to Charlotte—this experience has made me hesitant to stay at a Best Western again. I’ve reached out to management requesting appropriate compensation, and I hope they take the feedback seriously.
