This was a very good budget option. A clean, comfortable room with everything we needed even a little fridge. Daily cleaning and lovely fresh towels. Really nice staff. It is in an area with supermarkets and cheap bars but you do need to walk to go to restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Lovely little Boutik hotel Room was clean and cosy . I had a single room and was apprehensive with the room size . The receptionist kindly told me that there is a spacious quiet area . The hotel is right by Puerta del Sol which is very central and easy to get to and around. The location is great…… except…….the NOISE. The street noise seems amplified, as though people are in your room. The walls are thin and you can hear people in other rooms. The door buzzer is out of control loud. You hear the door slam closed whenever anyone leaves, every single time. It was borderline unbearable. I had to sleep with noise cancelling headphones it was that bad.
