We were in town for the Trent University Convocation. We stayed one night. The staff was wonderful. The room was amazing. So spacious and clean. There was a balcony with a beautiful view. The bed was comfty with extra pillows. A delicious free breakfast was included. Lots of yummy choices. I would 100% stay here again.

Staff were amazing!

We stayed here for 5 days during an ice storm while we had no power each day we were waiting until around noon to decide if we would stay another night after learning whether or not our power had come on. It was a very stressful time for us and being at this hotel made things so much easier. Every one of the staff members was helpful and accommodating, the cleaning lady was wonderful, she still didn’t have power when we left on day 5 but showed up to work everyday. Thank you all for taking such great care of us.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! Very clean, great amenities like a gym and pool, plus there’s a EV Charger that was an amazing bonus since there isn’t any SuperChargers close by. Rooms were clean and well stocked with Shampoo and lotions etc. Would highly recommend this location, we have no complaints.
