Staff was very nice and helpful. The only coplaint is the absolute lack of food offered for the continental breakfast. All they had to offer was yogurt, muffins, apples, and bananas.

The staff was very unfriendly, talk to me very rudely, the room not too clean stain on the window curtains, bathroom sink not working. Toilet falling apart.

Staff was helpful & rooms clean. We had a suite, just a few drawbacks was TV in bedroom did not work, we had 4 small bottles of shampoo but no conditioner & parking lot was very small. Had to park on backside & walk aound to front, no back entrance doors.

I had to announce myself to staff checking in and checking out. Both times they were at the desk, but seemed to be busy with their phones and neither desk attendant were friendly. Additionally, rooms look like they were half renovated. Tub had hair in the drain and black mold on the shower curtain. I would not recommend anyone stay here.

I do not recommend this hotel. There was a crack in the ceiling. Fire alarms went off every single evening/middle of the night waking up my baby. The thermostat is set at 67 and doesnt change, so we froze all day and all night. The evening/over night host at the desk was not friendly, no smiles, no greeting us when we checked in. Was not a good hotel.

the toilet seat was almost off the toilet.. i was afraid of falling off when sitting down. the fixture for the lights in the bathroom was full of nicotine there was alot of dust on the walls..the dishwasher had a huge dent in it.. looked like it came out of the garbage. the Regfrigerator was making a banging sound all night long which disrupted our sleep.. Didnt sleep all night. in the morning we were crabby and had a long day of travel ahead of us.. Made for a terrible day and I am still not rested up.

Do not stay here if you are trying to have a restful stay. My room smelled absolutely horrible, like someone had cooked Indian food for months (no offense to anyone but that’s the smell). I had to buy a bottle of Febreze and spray it everyday just to stay in the room. The people staying here are drinking till all hours of the night in the courtyard and are very loud and obnoxious. The room was dirty. The common areas are dirty. The hotel key only worked for a day at a time and the front desk person didn’t say that upon check in that you would need to go to the desk every single day to have your key work. The breakfast is a joke, yogurt, muffins and juice. I could go on and on.

The sink drained so slow that it took 5min. every time we used it the comforter had stuff all over it we could not use there were no sheets for sofa bed or blankets. The tv in the front room had so many scratches on it I guess it did not matter It did not work at all. Room smelled like mold I brought my grand kids for the weekend we checked out the following day. Bad deal. I would not stay or recommend commend to anyone.

Came into town for a baseball showcase. Upon arrival many broken down, rough vehicles parked in parking lot. Went into hotel room, seemed nice, but TV and lights didn't work in the room. They couldn't figure out what was wrong. Told us we could switch rooms or they'd put a work order in. We stayed the night, thought they put a work order in for the maintenance the next day. Came back from a day of baseball to still no working TV or lights in the room. Asked to be switched into a new room. Went into new room, son wanted pullout couch opened, upon opening it, the whole mattress had stains(looked like little droplets of blood) everywhere on the mattress. We packed up and left ASAP. Very dirty overall, think it's more of a hotel for low income that live there/homeless.

Would have been better expect for one thing. House keeping came by when we were getting our stuff together to check out. I told them we were still getting ready to please come back later. They said okay and then proceeded to open the door themselves, prop it open and start cleaning while we still had our stuff out and our child started to book it toward the door and they just kept working and cleaning while our stuff was on things.
