I had a great stay at this boutique hotel. The property is clean and well-maintained, with elegant and tasteful furniture. While it’s not located right in the middle of the city center, it’s still conveniently close, just a short walk or ride away, The staff were helpful. Great rooms in a great location. Breakfast buffet is fantastic. Hotel location might be more convenient than those inside the Ringstrasse since it is right next to a metro station and can be at Stephenplatz in 5 minutes, along with easy access to other close in parts of Vienna on foot or tram.

Had three nights here. Everything you need in bedroom & hotel. Could do with a bit of updating but nothing major. Good location. Right by underground. Nice area when you explore around it. 15/20mins walk to Stephensplatz. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment.

Pluses: very convenient location - easy to walk to a lot of places and right by an underground station - two stops to Stephansplatz. Reception staff are helpful. Double glazing is good and keeps out the street noise. Minuses: tired room particularly that the bathroom door was water damaged and wouldn't shut. Noise from inside the hotel: the nearby lift pinging, walls quite thin so could hear the neighbouring room sometimes, Breakfast was in the basement and not really cheered up by the piped waltz music. The main issue was not enough staff to replenish items. Bread rolls were good, nice to have hard boiled eggs available. Smoked salmon lovely on the day it was there. Juice seemed to be from a packet and the fruit salad was bland. Also constantly running out of mugs for tea.

Great location! Easy walk to transportation and all sights. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Only negative was my room was close to a motor that hummed through the night which was a little annoying but otherwise great stay! Would definitely reccomend.

I so enjoyed this hotel and its friendly staff. The room was spotless, modern, and larger than I'd expected, with a comfortable bed and a great bathroom. I'd booked it online as a reasonably priced option near the places I wanted to see, and I loved it. Great for walking and also close to public transportation. So nice to come home to. I recommend the Art Corner restaurant near the Schloss Belvedere for a fun and delicious dining experience.

We stayed for 5 nights any merely used the hotel as a place to sleep. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that. Our room was cleaned every day and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again.
