We were in the annex across the road - simple small touches like checking our key worked on arrival so we didn’t get locked out or have to go back to reception, amazing breakfast and the happy hour drinks and snacks are a lovely touch. I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff both at the front desk and breakfast buffet are very friendly. The room is spacious. The breakfast selections are great, especially various delicious cakes, pastries, and variety of fruits. It’s very thoughtful to have a snack bar in the lounge area, which provides convenience for either small breaks during the day or before/after check-in and check-out.

As the title says this was the perfect place for us to stay in Lucca. You can borrow bikes from the hotel for free and cycle around the city and on the top of wall this was a fantastic little perk.
