The location was good. Didn’t have a good experience due to check-in wait times, parking hassle; our license plate was entered incorrectly and had issues getting out of parking lot 2days in a row, couldn’t get a hold of housekeeping for extra towels and blanks. I had to go down to check-in and wait in line to get anything done! The pull out sofa was worn and very uncomfortable.

After prepaying $401 for my stay I get the to find out the pool was closed and that was my main reason for going.. then the head wasn’t properly working later the sink was clogged up and lastly the toilet wasn’t functioning properly very disappointed on this visit.

This was a great location. Walking distance to all the main spots. Short walk to the train/subway. Places to eat and shop all around. Very clean. Breakfast was good!
