Good place to overnight near GRU. Great breakfast beginning at 5AM. We did not use the shuttle because our airline cancelled a flight and gave us taxi vouchers.

Overall a good stay. We were place on the newer renovated side of the hotel which left a little unfinished. Washroom was not clean, shower knob was falling off, since we were just staying the night and out all day, it didn’t bother us much.

It was an awesome and amazing experience. Their breakfast is fresh and taste delicious. The room is clean, the environment is well kept. There is a taxi that works closely with the hotel, this made it safe and easy to get around considering the fact that I traveled with my children. Overall, I will recommend this hotel.

This property should be listing in Expedia and online that it is under construction. We were woken up at 7:55 in the morning with jackhammering blasting. The walls were shaking. The floor was vibrating. It was so loud. They should absolutely not be charging any money for people to stay on the third floor of this building.

Nice hotel. Room was renovated and modern. Staff were amazing!! It’s an isolated location. Disappointed there is no boxed breakfast so I missed breakfast. Tired of just one English TV station in so many Brazilian hotels. Supper started at 7 pm that I found late. I waited 20 minutes in line to check in then 7 staff members showed up suddenly after I got to the desk.

This is a convenient option around Guarulhos airport. The suites in the new wing are large and updated. Staff provides professional service although not particularly warm. I ordered room service and it arrived quicker than expected, and the price was fair. Elevator closest to my room did not work.

Funcionários recebem proprina de pizzaria

Pessimo hotel. Os recepcionistas influenciam os hóspedes a solicitar delivery em uma pizzaria específica e depois descobrimos que a pizzaria fornece pizza de forma gratuita aos recepcionistas pela indicação… e quando a pizza chega para consumo o hóspede é proibido de consumir nas dependências do restaurante ou em lugar de forma adequada. Total falta de respeito e humilhação dos hóspedes, visto que o único interesse dos funcionários do hotel é ter o benefício de ganhar pizza sem qualquer custo por conta do pedido do hóspede.

Sempre fico neste hotel , quando necessito estar próximo ao aeroporto Internacional de Guarulhos . Excelente comida e atendimento. Com relação aos quartos, desta vez ficamos instalados em um novo quarto e achamos a cama para duas pessoas muito pequena em comparação aos outros quartos que já ficamos, deixando o conforto a desejar.
