The hotel was clean and convenient. The best thing about this hotel. It was the fact that it was right in the middle of the city and literally minutes away from acropolis. The hotel has character, but it’s a little dated and some of the rooms were very small, but otherwise it was a good stay.

Our stay at the Hotel Hera was quite lovely. Rooms were clean, a little small (as are most hotel rooms in Athens), and the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. We loved the rooftop bar with the view of the Acropolis, and the location was perfect for visiting the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum. Highly recommend.

Love the location of the Hera hotel, very walkable to everything. Also had a wonderful dinner at their Peacock Rooftop restaurant and bar! The views were amazing. We also had their white peacock house wine and it paired well with the lamb. The waiter was also very good and he took pictures of us with the Acropolis in the background. Excellent maid and breakfast staff as well.
