We arrived late in the evening and the reception staff was more than helpful to see to it that we were able to get to the restaurant for dinner and finish our check in after we ate. Grounds etc seemed well kept and attractive. Plenty of parking - mostly under trees so sap and other “droppings”😉 an issue. Our main gripe is the room we had - we were there for 2 nights to attend a family wedding at another venue and had booked two rooms both the same price. It was as if they were in two different hotels! The room we stayed in was tiny, lots of “people” noise and air conditioning whirring. Tv switched itself off every few minutes, no full length mirror, hot water took,with no exaggeration around 10 minutes to come thru and if you’re 6’ or over you cannot get under the shower head. The shower room itself was very snug. We were also on 3rd floor without a lift.
