**BEWARE - Do Not Stay Here***
Upon arrival, there was a man running the front desk who was completely intoxicated. He was struggling to stand, unable to speak in a coherent manner, and acting highly unprofessional. There were two people in front of me waiting to check in - and I asked them if they thought he was intoxicated, to which one said "most definitely".
When the regularly scheduled front desk clerk came in, she apologized profusely for him, and said "yeah, we need to talk to him about that".
Needless to say, I didn't feel safe after witnessing this mans behavior, nor did I want him having access to my personal info, room #, etc. The hotel mgmt. refused to refund my $500+ dollars when I explained the situation - and this was even after Expedia tried reaching out several times as well to explain the situation.
Save your money - and go to the Four Corners across the street - which is where I ended up going. It's MUCH nicer, and just slightly more money per night. Small price to pay for a little peace of mind.
