Perfect spot for a luxury relaxing break. Staff are all outstanding and the dining was the best that we experienced on Jersey and the spa treatments we took were perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely try to return. Total relaxation, fine ding and pampering, what’s not to love!

Lovely hotel good size room comfortable, staff lovely.. But the only down side was shower wasn’t strong enough over the bath and hand held bath spray handle you could not control hot water it’s a bit dangerous I though also could do the a rubber Matt in bath as deep & slippy.

We were delighted with out stay - from the check-in to the Manager (Michelle) checking in to see if there was anything we additionally needed. From Benson and colleagues at the door through to the restaurant - one of out best stays ever. Great team and can recommend the Sunday Roast lunch as well - just perfect.

Lovely, but you do pay for it.

The entrance to hotel is very narrow and not easy to get out of. A fridge in the room would have been nice. Thought English breakfast expensive at £35 pp. Staff we exceptionally friends and attentive. Lovely pool, but Jacuzzi was out of action.

I loved this hotel. The staff are particularly warm and friendly. I was holidaying with my baby for the first time which can be stressful as a new mother. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate with zero (ostensible) judgment or concern. I wondered if choosing a Relais & Châteaux property would be a mistake with a 6 month old but I needn’t have worried. Everyone was wonderful. Beautiful grounds. Great food, and a fabulous room which they kindly upgraded for the duration of our stay.

This was our second stay at the hotel and as the first was during winter, it was lovely being there during the sumner. We were able to enjoy the pool and gardens both of which are beautiful. The staff are so helpful and cheerful they really make the stay special. It is a beautiful, traditional hotel and we are looking forward to staying again soon

We had exceptional and very enjoyable experiences for anniversaries and family relaxation times. The Manor provides pure indulgence and extreme satisfaction what ever your taste is.
