Quality Inn
Conveniently located off the highway. Adequate parking.
However…. The ratings, reviews and pictures were astonishingly inaccurate. I did not experience the 8 star rating that this hotel has.
The lobby was clean and night manager was pleasant. However there was wear and tear EVERYWHERE- paint was chipped and peeling off of the walls, it smelled musty and when we got to our room, the gray comforters on each of our beds had dark stains, looked like grease. The cream colored walls had yellow stains dripping down the walls. The metal bases of the lamps were rusty. The lamp shades were stained with yellow and orange spots.
The pool had chunks of plaster missing from the bottom. The walls in the pool room were bubbling and peeling off. Floors were dirty with dust and dead bugs along the bottom of the walls and corners. The pool furniture was janky- even one of the small, cheap plastic tables had been repaired with glue and screws.
Breakfast was just ok. They had powdered, rehydrated scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits, gravy and waffles. Juice, milk and coffee.
