Nice place, room was too hot.

Overall the hotel was a nice place to stay and eat. The wait staff was friendly and attentive to our requests. The front desk was also friendly and helpfull. Our room was on the 11th floor and it came with an accessable balcony. The room was oddly hot the rntire time even though we had the air conditioner running constantly. There needs to be some sort of insulation layer better than whats there that could've helped keep the room cooler.

Hot Room

Our hotel room did not have good air conditioning and we were informed there was nothing they could do about it. It wasn’t until we called again and then they moved us rooms.

Overall not bad

It was a nice stay. Rooms were pretty nice although a friend who stayed the same night had red stains (blood?) on their carpet. Bathroom was clean. Good strength AC. Which was good since it got super hot near the sliding glass door to the balcony. Nice there is a restaurant for breakfast and dinner where kids 11 and younger eat free. Food is a little limited but tasted good. Service was just ok. Messed up 4 things with our order but it as super nice. Used pool which was pretty nice but need more shaded areas to sit if not in water.

Basic clean stay, good location, Pay to park.

Hotel was is a good location. Rates very reasonable, though disappointing to have to pay $15/night parking when most Holiday Inns have free parking. Coffee offered at the front desk, has a tiny sundries store for drinks/snacks. Lobby is lovely, staff friendly. Room itself was fine, but dated and there are not a lot of outlets for devices. Overall, fine, nothing fancy.

The service was excellent was able to check in early got a late check out, the rooms were a little small. The AC was not good would turn off every hour, the pool was amazing. The cabinets were a little beat up the bed was not to comfortable. Over all id rater my stay 6/10

Bathroom was pretty dirty. Had to ask for garbages to be emptied and asked for more towels but received. We ended up leaving a day early because of suspicious behavior around the hotel by a group of homeless individuals. We didn’t feel safe.

The hotel is in a horrible area. It’s run down. We felt unsafe the entire time. The parking garage is not secure and many cars have been left there for what looks like years.

The hotel lobby/main atrium smelled faintly of rotten eggs/sulphur. Also the in room AC wasn’t very customizable - it would get warm (75) then finally kick in with FREEZING air for awhile, then stop.
