A decent hotel option for business or solo traveler. The location is convenient and is next to JR trains as well as subways. The room is not the most spacious, so if you have multiple pieces of luggage you might want to reconsider. The air conditioner has built-in power saving, and will revert to default temperature of 26°C, which means waking up middle of the night multiple times.

This hotel is located near multiple train stations and easy access to anywhere in Tokyo. The room was smaller than I wanted but it is the average size room for hotels in Tokyo. Staff are super nice and they provide free coffee and tea, and 1 bottle of water daily. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Comfortable stay near subway station.

Great location with easy access to subway. Keisei Skyliner stops at the station close by if you’re coming from Narita airport. Room was cleaned everyday which I appreciated. The carpet could been vacuumed a bit more because I saw some hair that wasn’t mine, otherwise it was a comfortable stay. Front desk was helpful when I needed to store luggage after checkout to explore the city.

This is my fourth time in Tokyo and first time staying in Ueno. Tosei Hotel Cocone Ueno Okachimachi was at a very good location, close to the JR line which made travel with 3 younger children just that bit more easy. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The only drawback was the washing/drying machines that always seemed to be busy, but you can check on their status through the website. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. We will stay again.

It was fun, but won't happen again.

The location is good, but we had some serious issues. You cannot control the temperature of the room, and someone decided that 80° was a good temp for sleeping, to make matters worse you can't open the windows. The breakfast is at a small restaurant next door. The serving size wasn't great, but there are plenty of options outside.
